Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns (online orders only)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 28 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order that you would like to return your goods. You then have a further 14 days within which to return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and all tags must still be attached. Due to hygiene reasons hair accessories, pierced earrings and swimwear without the hygiene label cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds (online orders only)
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting them.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending of your card issuer’s policies. We aim to process refunds within 14 of the item being returned.
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
